About

A small UK consultancy with security and medical depth

Blenheim Risk and Resilience Ltd was set up after approximately 25 years in policing and government-related security work, alongside medic work in film and TV and on expeditions. It is a limited company, not a trading name bolted onto a large contractor.

The approach

Security and medical, one way of working.

Clients get someone who has operated in police-linked, government, security, training and field environments where confidentiality and judgement matter.

The medical side brings the same discipline. As a registered medic with the Health Practice Associates Council (HPAC), a Wilderness EMT and Austere/Remote Area Medic, with experience as a medic on film and TV productions and on expeditions, the focus is calm, practical care in places where help is not close by. FREC 4, experience as an Immediate Life Support (ILS) trainer and HEAT / SAFE instructor, and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) training together shape both the training delivered and the planning for higher-risk work.

Analysis is structured. Briefings are plain English. Paperwork is treated as part of the job, not an afterthought.

Client consultancy work

Working alongside other organisations.

How the company is run

Personal delivery first.

Clients work with the same person from the first brief to the final review. Subcontractors are not a default workforce. If a client asks for additional staff, they are considered case by case, with the same expectations on conduct, confidentiality and documentation.

What that means for you

Three working commitments.

01

One dedicated provider

Not a revolving door of account managers.

02

Discretion as a habit

A working practice, not a slogan.

03

Usable procedures

Training and procedures written so they can be used, not just filed.
